By virtue of today’s socioeconomic environment and continuing advancements in information technologies, companies are offering more computer related services and becoming more sophisticated computers having high capacity of storage and fast method of retrieving real time information have become boon for corporate.

A Job Management System for The Recording & Tracking Of Repairs within a Hospital
SYSTEM STUDY
Existing System
Existing system is manual in which we use files, papers and pen operation which involves very tedious work. In the present system we keep log information of each and every system in separate files which will not provide an intelligent methods to track and maintain the equipments in the hospital. The present system is very time consuming and equipment management is difficult to handle.
Drawbacks of Existing system
1. There is no user friendly centralized control over the equipment and jobs
2. No way for monitoring the equipment.
3. No maintenance records are being kept.
4. Timely servicing of equipments is not possible.
5. No information about equipments insurance and loan is kept.
Proposed System
The proposed system is a computerized one in which we stores all the information about each and every equipment in the hospital and its repair works. The system stores information’s about equipment like servicing dates, insurance, loan details, AMC details, Complaints, maintenance details, working hour management.
Advantages of Proposed System
1. User Friendly System
2. Eliminating the guess work out of measuring individual equipment status.
3. Classifying the machines according to their performance.
4. Monitoring equipments that all are working perfectly.
5. Inform Annual Maintenance Contractors about the performance of machines.
6. Removing the reporting burden from the administrator.
7. Timely informing the management about the loan factors on each machine.
8. Record all maintenance and damage reporting.
9. Allocate working times effectively
